
All participants and servers will meet at the Perkiomenville Mennonite Church and go as a group by bus to the camp. After we receive your registration info, you will receive packing information on what to bring for the weekend. Due to the nature of the weekend, attendance for the entire weekend is vital.
Depart PMC: Friday April 10, 6:00 PM
Return to PMC: Sunday April 12, 3:30 PM
If you attended a Men’s Encounter and are returning to be a server, please complete this form.
The server registration fee covers six meals and lodging.
After completing the registration form, you will be directed to a Zeffy payment page, where you can pay with a credit card or ACH.
Options:
If you are coming for the entire weekend and staying overnight the fee is $100.00
If you are coming for the entire weekend and NOT staying overnight the fee is $65.00
If you will be attending part-time, send an email to registration@mensencounterpa.org, with your name, phone#, when you expect to attend and area you want to serve, then make a donation in the offering for meals and daily fee.
